Terms of Service

These terms apply to mahaservice.com and the LocalBoost tools on it, operated from Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or continuing with Google, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

LocalBoost helps a local business design posts, reply to Google reviews, keep a simple customer list, and send WhatsApp messages the business starts. Mahaservice also describes marketing and accounting services on the public site. Features can change, and some actions (scheduled posting, extra styles) are paid plans.

Your account

You can sign up with email or with Google. You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for keeping the email login private. A new Google sign-in creates a free account and then asks for your business. Do not use the product to impersonate another business or to upload a customer list you are not allowed to contact.

Google

Google sign-in uses your name, email, and account id. Connecting Google Business Profile uses the business.manage scope so we can read and publish what you ask us to. Google may refuse sign-in while an OAuth consent screen is in Testing and your account is not a test user. Use of Google data also follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, described in the Privacy Policy. Google's own terms still apply to your Business Profile.

Customer lists and WhatsApp

You confirm that people on a list you upload have agreed to hear from the business, and that WhatsApp messages you send through LocalBoost follow WhatsApp's rules. We send only the messages you start or schedule. We do not sell those phone numbers.

Acceptable use and liability

Do not misuse the app, probe other customers' data, or send unlawful content. The service is provided as available. We are not liable for lost profits, a Google or WhatsApp outage, or a post Google rejects. Nothing here limits liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, except where a law gives you a different forum.
